New Brown Sugar Milk Tea

The exciting new flavour from Bubbleology. Brown sugar milk tea is a trending flavour in the bubble tea universe. Whilst most bubble teas are made with a tea base – brown sugar boba is a milk tea and typically is served with no tea at all.

Brown sugar milk tea is a delicious blend of tapioca pearls, milk and brown sugar syrup.

Method:

To prepare your brown sugar milk tea

  1. Heat Tapioca as per instructions and add to the glass.
  2. Pour brown sugar sachet evenly around the inside of the rim of the glass to create the tiger effect on the inside.
  3. Add 300ml of cold milk or cold plant based alternative and stir. Add ice.
  4. Pop in your staw, gently stir & enjoy! Brown sugar may naturally crystallise. Microwave for 5-10 seconds to soften if needed. If you would like a hint of black/green tea, add 30ml to your bubble tea. We always recommend you always try without first then add to taste if desired.

To prepare tapioca pearls

Microwave strengths may vary

  1. Open sachet and empty into a microwaveable mug/cup.
  2. Microwave for 40 seconds (750-800 watts).
  3. Allow to cool. Take care as the tapioca will be hot.
  4. If pearls are not soft then cook for another 10 seconds.
